What makes Abenteuerpark Schröcken special
42 rope courses spread across three themed areas: water with 20 installations, forest with 12 and Himmelreich with 10. Climbing happens three to 15 metres up – and not only between trees but above white water and on rock.
That is exactly what sets the site apart from most forest rope parks. Balancing over a roaring stream is a different experience from doing it over forest floor, even when the exercise is the same.
Two long flying foxes and three further zip lines join them. The Himmelreich area is hard and open only from age 12 and 140 cm.
Prices are moderate: 20 € for children aged six to ten, 24 € for teenagers up to 17, 29 € for adults. From three people it gets cheaper – then 18 €, 22 € and 28 €. Equipment, briefing and three hours of climbing are included, each further hour costs 5 €.
Two notes for planning: payment is cash only, and children aged six to 13 must climb together with an adult. For very young six-year-olds the operator recommends two accompanying adults.
Groups can book team courses with their own trainer.
