Adventure park on the Altopiano del Sole above the Valcamonica, founded in 2007 by three ski instructors: eight courses with about 100 platforms up to 18 metres and an 18-metre Quick Jump.
What makes Adventure Land Borno special
The park is on Via Funivia in the Ogne area of Borno on the Altopiano del Sole above the Valcamonica. Three ski instructors founded it in spring 2007. Besides the courses there are suspended tents to sleep in, a motorhome pitch and a kiosk serving grilled food.
Eight courses with about 100 platforms in total: the Baby Park between safety nets and Rainbow (1 m) from age 3, green (3 m) from 110 cm, the zip-line course from 130 cm, blue (8 m), red (11 m) and black (18 m) from 140 cm. The Quick Jump is a jump from 18 metres for people weighing 20 to 110 kg.
Safety relies on Lock-id carabiners that cannot be opened at the same time; the children's courses also have a continuous belay line. Minors need an adult who signs for them. In light rain climbing continues; in thunderstorms or strong wind the park closes.
