Parc Aventure Genève
Onex · Genève · from age 3
According to the operator the first forest adventure park in the canton of Geneva, in the Les Evaux leisure park in Onex – three mini courses from age three, nine aerial courses and three parallel 160-metre zip lines from the adventure tower.
What makes Parc Aventure Genève special
The park lies in the Parc des Evaux, an inter-municipal sports and leisure ground between Onex, Bernex and Lancy on the edge of Geneva. The operator, PAE Sàrl, calls it the first forest adventure park in the canton. Facilities such as parking and picnic areas belong to the Fondation des Evaux.
Three parallel zip lines: from the adventure tower three 160-metre zip lines run side by side across the park – according to the operator the longest parallel zip lines in Europe. So three of you can race each other.
Eleven themed courses: the mini courses are called Pirates, Jungle and Robinson; the aerial courses range from “Les explorateurs” with a slide and an elastic bridge to the “Paradise of zip lines” and “Haute voltige” with a Tarzan swing and a leap into the void from 14. Access rules depend on age and reach – the test is whether the child can grab a bar at 1.50 or 1.70 m.
A long season: from March to early November, daily in summer, otherwise Tuesday to Sunday (in autumn Wednesday and weekends). Climbing goes ahead in the rain too. On two evenings before Halloween there is night climbing.
