What makes Pustolovski park Vurberk special
Climbing happens among the crowns right by Vurberk castle, on the road between Maribor and Ptuj. Three routes of differing difficulty are enough for an afternoon.
The park is deliberately small and relies on other things alongside: for the youngest there is archery at wooden Vurberk hens, fishing for wooden fish and a slackline to balance on. Anyone expecting children to climb for two hours straight does not know children – here they can do something else in between.
Entry is at 110 cm and age five. Sports shoes are mandatory, and there is no climbing in rain.
Prices are among the lowest in the directory: 12 € for children and teenagers aged 5 to 17, 17 € for adults, groups of ten or more 10 % off.
The 2026 season starts on 25 June. Weekdays it is open from 3 to 8 pm, weekends from 10 am; last entry is an hour before closing.
