Forest rope park at the top station of the Reigoldswil–Wasserfallen cable car in the Basel Jura, with 12 courses, more than 70 elements and a children's park from age 4.
What makes Waldseilpark Wasserfallen special
The park sits at 921 metres right by the top station of the Reigoldswil–Wasserfallen cable car, in beech and spruce forest on the Jura ridge. You get up by gondola from the valley station in Reigoldswil or on foot; the ride is not included in the entry price. You can ride down on a scooter.
Twelve courses with more than 70 elements in five difficulty grades, two of them in the separate children's park. The belay system is Clic-It, which mechanically prevents both carabiners from being open at the same time. The "Wassi-Flyer" zip line can also be booked on its own, but only at the desk on the day.
Before climbing there are briefings every 30 minutes, the last at 3 pm, including a video and a practice course. A signed consent form must be brought for every participant. The guides are trained by the Swiss rope park association (ERCA rescuer level).
Currently closed: because of the prolonged drought and the risk of falling branches the park is closed until further notice. The same operator, Adventure Coaching & Rope Solutions GmbH from Frenkendorf, also runs Waldseilpark Rheinfelden.

For children: The children's park is for kids from age 4 up to 40 kg with a grip height of at least 100 cm, the big courses from age 8 with a grip height of 140 cm. Up to 12 an adult climbs along (at most five children per adult); 13- to 17-year-olds without an adult need written consent.

Because of the drought and the risk of unstable trees and falling branches the park stays closed for the rest of 2026. Otherwise: Mondays and Tuesdays (in April and from 19 October Monday to Friday) for booked groups only, daily 11 am to 5 pm during the Basel-Landschaft school holidays. Briefings every 30 minutes, the last at 3 pm. Groups outside these hours from a minimum spend of CHF 270.
