What makes CLiiMBER Flumserberg special
The CLiiMBER is not a forest rope park but a free-standing, crystal-shaped tower on the Prodalp, right beside the top station of the Prodalp-Express gondola. The starting point is Tannenheim on the Flumserberg, where the climbing ticket is also sold; the post bus runs there from Sargans via Flums.
Three floors, more than 100 stations: the tower is 15 metres high and each floor has more than 30 climbing elements of different shapes and difficulty. The order is free, so rather than following one fixed course you switch as you like. The instruction course is compulsory before the first climb, and a guide checks the equipment at every entrance.
Three extras come with it: the flyingCLiiMBER runs over six zip lines across 700 metres and is included in the climbing ticket, the miniCLiiMBER is a separate facility for the little ones, and the CLiiMBERwall has five routes up to six metres for speed and technique. A ticket is valid for three hours.
The gondola is not included: unless you walk up, you also need a ride on the Prodalp-Express; there are combo tickets with the lift or with the FLOOMZER toboggan run. Groups of more than ten must book by phone, and children's birthday parties are offered on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
