Davos Adventure Park
Davos Dorf · Graubünden · from age 4
Rope park run by the municipality of Davos on the Färich grounds on Flüelastrasse, with five courses, a children's course from age 4 and a bike park, right next to the «Stilli» bus stop.
What makes Davos Adventure Park special
The park is run by the municipality of Davos and lies on the Färich grounds on Flüelastrasse. The «Stilli» stop of bus line 304 is right next to it, and Davos Dorf station is about a 20-minute walk away. There are only a few parking spaces.
Five courses of different difficulty: the children's course from age 4 has a continuous belay, and the children are supervised from the ground. The high courses use a new safety system that makes it impossible to unclip completely; beyond that, guests belay themselves and check each other. You may bring your own leather gloves and bike or climbing helmets, and there is a small depot for bags.
Time in the park is limited: you stay for a maximum of three hours, and last entry is two and a half hours before closing (3 pm, in July and August 4 pm). The park is closed on Mondays, with no extra openings for groups either. It stays open in light rain; during the summer and autumn holidays it is often fully booked. Groups of 12 or more come only with advance registration. With the Davos Klosters guest card, adult entry costs CHF 28 instead of 32.
Around the rope park there are two playgrounds, a barbecue area, a skate bowl and a bike park with an asphalt pump track and a dirt line, free with your own bike; bikes and skateboards can be rented. Restaurant Chalet Velo serves grilled food and, from 5 pm, pizza.
