What makes Hochseilpark Hirschhagen special
It stands on masts, not in trees. The operator advertises exactly that: "Forget the classic climbing forest." A mast structure is more weatherproof and need not work around how trees grow – which is why more than 90 climbing elements spread across several levels.
One BaseJump is included in the price. The free-fall jump comes with every ticket; each further one costs 3 €. Birthday children jump as often as they like for free.
It is open all year. From December to February only for groups of ten or more, though – and Monday to Thursday that holds during the season too. Spontaneous visits are not possible; you book online.
The park belongs to Actionpark Hirschhagen, which also runs paintball, laser tag and escape rooms on the same site.
Ziplines of around 200 metres run through the forest – a tenth of the length of the Kassel Europaseilbahn, but at a site that stays open until 8 pm.

Adults accompanying children under nine also pay 25 € and may take up to two children with them. Groups of 20 or more get 5 € off per person. Each further hour of climbing costs 10 € and each extra BaseJump 3 € – birthday children jump as often as they like for free. The ten-visit card costs 190 €, is valid for three years and is transferable. Booking the park exclusively outside opening hours adds a flat 100 €. Regular climbing time is three hours including the safety briefing. Prices as of 2026-08 – they change, please check with the operator. |

For children: The lower level is open from six years or 110 cm, the upper from ten years or 130 cm. Children up to eight need an adult companion who may take at most two children along; from nine a supervisor aged 16 or over is enough.
