The supervision ratio is graded by age and unusually generous: for children aged eight to nine one adult may accompany five children. For birthday parties that is a noticeable difference from the common one-to-two rule.
Open daily from 10 am to 6 pm, with the last briefing at 4:30 pm. Climbing time is three hours.

For children: Climbing is possible from six with an adult, minimum height 1.10 m. Harder courses require 1.30 m and 30 kg. One adult accompanies up to two children aged six to seven, or up to five aged eight to nine; from 16 no accompaniment is needed.
