What makes Naturhochseilgarten Willingen special
The site lies in the Stryck valley near Willingen in the Upland, at the edge of the Sauerland. It belongs to a provider who assembles activity programmes — ropes course, canoe tours and more.
Platforms sit up to 20 metres above ground among beeches. The operator notes that the sense of height is amplified by the view into the valley — the course is built with the landscape, not only with the trees.
The canopy walk at almost 20 metres is a section of its own, with tasks like a flea jump, a rope bridge, an hourglass and a ninja path.
Programmes are booked, not admissions. The ropes course costs 25 € per person and day, 22 € reduced. Other components range between 10 and 20 €, a canoe tour costs 60 € per canoe. Anyone hoping to drop in with the family should call ahead.
