What makes Trieste Adventure Park special
The park is in Ceroglie near Duino Aurisina on the Trieste Karst, close to the Sistiana motorway exit; from Sistiana-Visogliano station it is about an 18-minute walk. It is run by the Trieste climbing club Gravità Zero.
Eight routes with 63 platforms over 750 metres in total, no more than eight metres off the ground, with lianas, a Tarzan jump and a trapeze jump on the red route. The highlight is a zip line of more than 95 metres running through the forest and across a doline.
Supervision rules are strict: anyone under 14 needs an adult. On the low routes one adult may watch up to four children from the ground; on the higher ones the adult must climb too, with at most two children. Gloves are compulsory.
No admission without a booking. Individual visitors come at weekends and on holidays; groups also on weekdays. The operator runs dedicated programmes for people with sensory and cognitive disabilities.

For children: The white route without harness is for children aged three to six. Yellow and orange from six years and 120 cm reach, green from seven and 130 cm, blue, purple and the big zip line from nine and 140 cm, red from eleven and 160 cm. Under-14s only when accompanied.

The operator gives the season as “25 April to 12 October, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10 am to sunset, last admission 3:30 pm”, without a year; the current dates are in the online booking calendar. Booking is compulsory. Groups can also come on weekdays.
