What makes Vettapark Genova Pegli special
The park is in the Località La Vetta above Pegli in western Genoa, looking out to sea. From Genova Pegli station you can get there by the Drinbus on-demand bus or by bus lines 189 and 190 plus a short walk; motorhomes may park in front of the park.
Seven courses: green, yellow and blue with eight to ten elements each and a double zip line for children from 4 and 110 cm; red and a long super zip line across the park from 140 cm; plus the black top course from age 10 and 150 cm. All routes have a continuous safety line, and children get Zaza carabiners that cannot be unclipped.
Bunkers and trenches: the grounds contain real bunkers and trenches from the Second World War, which the operator uses for laser game. There is also a kiosk serving food and drinks; the grounds themselves are free to enter, and only climbers need a ticket.
Rules: maximum weight 110 kg, last entry two hours before closing. You leave an ID at the till. Instructors supervise from the ground; nobody accompanies you on the courses. Dogs are allowed on a lead. The operator reckons on about two and a half hours for all courses.

Also open on Easter Monday, 1 May, 1 and 2 June and 2 November. From 8 June to 4 September the park also opens on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 2 pm, but only if at least ten people have booked. Closing time is 7 pm in spring and summer, 6 pm in autumn and 5 pm once winter time begins. Last entry to the courses two hours before closing. Activity stops in rain or strong wind; booking is strongly recommended.
