Abenteuer Kletterpark Tannenbühl

Bad Waldsee · Baden-Württemberg · from age 3

A climbing park in Bad Waldsee whose ticket covers four hours instead of the usual three. In winter it opens at weekends as soon as it is above ten degrees.

What makes Abenteuer Kletterpark Tannenbühl special

The park lies in the Tannenbühl near Bad Waldsee in Upper Swabia, a woodland with a game enclosure and nature trails that already draws day trippers.

Four hours of climbing time come with the ticket — almost everywhere else it is three. Arriving with several children who move at different speeds, you notice the difference.

Winter opening is unusual: from January to mid-March it opens at weekends and on public holidays, provided it is above roughly ten degrees. Most sites in this directory close entirely from November to March.

Annual passes cost between 90 and 170 € depending on age. At single rates of 25 to 31 € they pay off from the fourth to sixth visit — a serious option for local families.

Families of three or more paying visitors pay 23 to 28 € each, and the birthday child climbs free with two paying adults. Groups of 15 or more can arrange earlier opening times.

Worth knowing when planning: from 2 November the park stays closed for rebuilding work.
