What makes AbenteuerPark Kressbronn special
Kressbronn lies on Lake Constance just short of the Bavarian border. It is the smaller of the operator's two sites, the other being in Immenstaad.
Heights reach only nine metres, where the sister park goes to fifteen. That is not a drawback but an argument: if you are bringing children who are climbing for the first time, or are not comfortable with heights yourself, seven high courses with over 120 stations wait here at a bearable altitude.
On 31 October there is night climbing — the Halloween night from 7 to 11 pm happens at this site only.
Prices match Immenstaad: 32 € for adults, 26 € for children aged five to 15, 19 € for the kids' course from age three. The family package lowers each rate by around 4 €, and one admission is free for every ten paying visitors.
During the summer holidays and until 13 September it opens daily from 10 am to 7 pm; the season runs to 1 November.
