What makes Hochseilgarten Attersee special
The signature attraction is the giant swing: a drop from twelve metres at up to 70 km/h – an experience that has little to do with classic course climbing and is, for many visitors, the actual reason to come. It can be booked on its own or together with the climbing park.
The site lies in Haining near Seewalchen am Attersee in the Salzkammergut, so a swim afterwards is easy to arrange. Besides the open sessions there are team-building packages, school sports days and company events, plus a barbecue area for celebrations.
Worth knowing when planning: booking is required. In the main season it opens at weekends by arrangement and daily during the summer holidays; groups can also come outside those times.
