Kletterwald Hohe Düne

Rostock · Mecklenburg-Vorpommern · from age 4

Nine courses with 84 elements right on the Baltic beach – with a snowboard ride nine metres up and a climbing tree with a base jump.

What makes Kletterwald Hohe Düne special

The park sits right on the Baltic beach near Rostock-Warnemünde and has been running since 2006.

There are two separate tickets rather than a time scale: 18 € for the five red courses with 40 easy elements up to two metres and one hour of climbing, 24 € for the package of red and yellow courses with 84 elements in total and 2.5 hours. So if you come with small children you do not pay for courses they are not allowed on anyway.

Riding a snowboard from tree to tree nine metres up — that is the attraction you will not find anywhere else in this directory. Then there is the climbing tree: you go up to a platform 9.50 metres high and return to the ground by base jump.

Full leather gloves are lent free of charge. If you want to keep a pair, they cost 6 €.

Entry times are listed in the operator's reservation portal.
