What makes Parco Avventura Cascina Oslera special
Cascina Oslera is an agriturismo in La Mandria nature park, the large walled park just outside Turin. Besides the ropes park there is a teaching farm with donkeys, sheep and hens, an osteria, an ice-cream bar and bike hire.
The ropes park is made for children: 18 courses in natural wood, split into six low baby courses and twelve junior courses with walkways, nets, slides and a zip line. Safety uses twin carabiners that always keep one hook attached when switching; helmet and harness are compulsory, and the gear is from Petzl.
Before going up there is a briefing and a practice course with an instructor. A ticket is valid for one hour at most. The park closes in thunderstorms or strong wind; if that cuts your visit short you get a voucher.
