What makes Parco Avventura Orma special

The park is in Villar Focchiardo in the lower Susa Valley, a few kilometres from Turin, looking out on the mountains of the Orsiera-Rocciavrè nature park and the Rocciamelone. The name stands for "Outdoor, Relax, Mountain, Action".

The courses run across wooden platforms, Tibetan bridges, zip lines, nets and walkways at various heights between trees that the operator says reach up to 20 metres. The park is built and run to the EN 15567 standard, and there is a theory-and-practice briefing before you start. According to the operator the staff have mountaineering experience and are trained in adventure-park operation and rescue at height.

The park also serves as a base for guided trips: via ferratas in the Susa Valley, rock climbing, canyoning and high-mountain tours. Via ferrata gear is available for hire.
