For children: The five toddler courses at one to 1.5 metres are open from four. Five of the eight large courses require 1.35 m, and the three hardest 1.60 m. Children under 14 need an adult climbing alongside.

In high season in July and August and on public holidays it opens daily from 10 am to 7 pm, with hourly briefings. In the low season it closes on Mondays and Wednesdays, and the last briefing is at 4 pm. It is about eight minutes on foot from the car park.
