What makes Adventure Park Cimone special
The park lies in the woods at the foot of the “della Ninfa” chairlift by Lago della Ninfa above Sestola, on Monte Cimone, the highest peak of the northern Apennines. It opens only in summer – in 2026 from June to 6 September.
The five Top courses for everyone from 140 cm have 20 platforms in total between 4 and 10 metres high, plus a practice course at 2 metres. Safety uses Clic-It carabiners that cannot be opened at the same time. The Fly Line is a sequence of five zip lines, the last one 180 metres long.
For children there are four junior courses named after animals – marmot, hare, roe deer, eagle – and two zip lines from age five and 100 cm, plus a baby course no more than a metre off the ground for two- to four-year-olds, with an adult helping. A parent has to follow the children from the ground.
The 250-metre zip line crosses the forecourt up to around 30 metres above the ground (40 to 110 kg). There is also a 700-metre summer toboggan run (FunBob), rubber-ring slides and a hut at the top station of the chairlift. Dogs on a lead are welcome.
