Kletterpark Bielefeld

Bielefeld · Nordrhein-Westfalen

Over 90 climbing and balancing stations across ten high courses and four practice courses – half in deciduous forest, half on a pole structure.

What makes Kletterpark Bielefeld special

The site is in two parts: one runs through deciduous forest from tree to tree, the other on a pole structure. That is more than a building footnote — poles stand evenly spaced and allow constructions that would not be possible between grown trees.

Over 90 climbing and balancing stations are spread across ten high courses and four practice courses. Four dedicated practice courses is a lot; it means you learn to handle the carabiner close to the ground at length before going up.

The stations include some unusual elements: balancing across huge tractor tyres, a ride on the surfboard and an abseil from eight metres.

The park sits on the Johannisberg and belongs to the same operator as Kletterpark Detmold — the annual pass covers both. The grounds also hold an adventure golf course, archery and geocaching.

Current prices are on the operator's website; we do not list them here because they are not published online in a form we could reliably take over.
