What makes Kletterwald Paderborn special
Four is the age limit — and unlike at many sites this is not a side offer but a price bracket of its own. The 'Zwergenticket' combines one child aged four to five with an adult for 38 €.
Every price covers 2.5 hours of climbing including the briefing, full harness, helmet and gloves. Safety uses a continuous carabiner system you cannot unclip from.
Spectators pay nothing. Anyone who comes along and stays on the ground costs no admission.
The annual pass pays off from the sixth visit: 150 € for adults, 130 € for children aged six to eleven. It is also valid at the sister parks in Hamm, Soest, Kassel, Steinau and the Harz.
Open from April to early November at weekends, public holidays and bridge days, and daily during the North Rhine-Westphalian school holidays. Booking ahead is required.
