What makes Kletterwald Winterberg special

The children's course takes children from the age of one. That is the lowest age limit in this directory. It runs one metre off the ground and costs 9.50 €, so the smallest ones do not have to watch while their siblings are up in the trees.

Five courses, each higher and harder than the last, plus two training courses one metre up where the briefing takes place. Finish a course and you come back down to the ground, and decide there whether to carry on.

The park belongs to the Erlebnisberg Kappe — the same mountain holds a summer toboggan run, a panorama bridge, a fly line, adventure golf, trampolines and a hostel. It is no substitute for a rainy day, but for a long family day it is the difference between two hours and a whole one.

Gloves are compulsory and available on site. Bags and rucksacks are better left in the car.
