Municipally owned adventure park in the Lys valley below Monte Rosa, with a 200-metre zip line over the Lys torrent that wheelchair users can ride too.
What makes Parco Avventura Fontainemore special
The park lies on the edge of Fontainemore on the road up the Lys valley, the lower part of the Valle di Gressoney. The municipality built it with funding from the Aosta Valley region. The courses run through the forest above the village and across the torrent.
Six zip lines, two of them over the Lys. The longest is 200 metres. According to the operator, one zip line is also suitable for wheelchair users – a rarity in this directory.
Five courses by difficulty: yellow for children up to 6, green with eight elements at 1.5 to 2 metres, green plus with eight elements at 4.5 metres, blue with 14 elements at 5 to 6 metres and red with eight elements at 7 to 8 metres. Along the way there are lianas, Tibetan bridges, rolling logs, a rodeo element and a climbing wall.
Staying all day? The 25 € day ticket covers every course as often as you like, including the big zip line. In July and August it opens daily from 10 am to 6 pm, in June at weekends, otherwise by reservation. The park also offers e-bike hire and guided excursions.

The operator gives this calendar without a year, always from 10 am to 6 pm. In April and May and from September to November by reservation only; on weekdays in June also by reservation only.
