Parco Avventura La Borna dou Djouas
Antey-Saint-André · Valle d'Aosta · from age 4
According to its operator the first adventure park in the Aosta Valley, with nine courses in the sports area of Antey-Saint-André below the Matterhorn.
What makes Parco Avventura La Borna dou Djouas special
The park sits in the sports area of Antey-Saint-André in the Valtournenche, alongside a climbing wall, horse riding and paragliding. The operator, the association Oasi Vertical, calls it the first adventure park in the Aosta Valley and one of the first in Italy. The courses run through a forest that grew on a steep boulder field.
Nine courses, allocated by wristband. On a meadow are the practice courses Zero and Pratica used for the compulsory briefing. The children's zone under cherry trees has Leprotto, Lupetto, Aquilotto and Aquilotto+, the black-pine forest Tasso, Scoiattolo, Capriolo, Stambecco and Stambecco+. Which ones you may climb is set by a coloured wristband, assigned by reach to the wrist and by age. Stambecco+ is reserved for adults.
Nothing works without a booking. Reservations are made online and you pay on site. The briefing is compulsory even for experienced climbers, but anyone who has already visited this year can book straight away. Time in the park is limited to two hours.
The 2026 season is short: single days in June, Friday to Sunday in July, daily from 11 am to 7 pm in August, then only early September and a few Sundays until mid-October. The same operator also runs the small park in Breuil-Cervinia.
