What makes Waldseilgarten Hirschenkogel special
The forest rope park sits at 1,350 metres right by the top station of the cable car – you ride up in the gondola and step out at the entrance. That altitude brings a practical benefit: on hot summer days it is noticeably cooler up here than in the valley.
Six courses spread across several levels. Allow around three hours to climb all of them. Adult admission is 26 euros.
It opens from spring to autumn, Thursday to Sunday, and daily during the school holidays. Worth planning around: last entry is already at 3:15 pm – if you arrive in the afternoon, factor in the gondola ride.
