Carinthia's largest forest high ropes course on the Gerlitzen: more than 160 stations, 31 flying foxes, a ten-metre base jump and forest mini golf.
What makes Adventurepark Gerlitzen special
More than 160 stations spread across four difficulty levels: blue for children and beginners, red for the more experienced, black up to 18 metres and green up to 20 metres for very confident climbers. Stations sit between one and twenty metres above the ground.
The separate zip line course with 31 flying foxes is what sets this park apart from most others – along with a giant swing and a free fall. Safety uses double-locking carabiners after a thorough briefing, with guides always close by.
The park is right at the mid-station of the Kanzelbahn on the Kanzelhöhe above Lake Ossiach. Besides the climbing there is a 9-hole artificial-turf mini golf course. The season starts at the end of May (weekends at first) and runs daily from July to September, 10 am to 5 pm.
