What makes the Krappfeld high ropes course special

This site is built differently from most: instead of colour-separated courses for different levels there is one single round with 35 exercises that contains all degrees of difficulty – physical and mental alike. Everyone walks the same route and meets their own limit on it.

Across bridges, beams, a skateboard and a flying fox it goes up to 13 metres. Reckon on about three hours for the round, walked in small groups of about six.

That is a concept for groups, not for a spontaneous family outing: anyone arriving alone with two children will find no children's course to fall back on.

Operation runs from May to October, exclusively by prior phone booking on 0660 5558555. The site has no website of its own – which is why we list no prices or age and height limits here. Best to settle those on the call.
