What makes the Klippitztörl adventure climbing garden special

The site was developed together with Christian Grübler, who runs the climbing school and climbing hall in Wolfsberg – and it shows in the mix: suspension bridges, climbing routes, rock and tree elements plus zip lines on a generous natural site next to the summer toboggan run.

Rock and tree in one site is rare. Anyone wanting to show children both without planning two outings is in the right place.

For the small ones there is the Kiddy Kletter Park from age five and 120 cm, the main climbing garden requires 130 cm. Under 14 an adult climbs along.

Prices: 24 € for adults, 15 € for children aged seven to 15, each for a maximum of three hours. The combined tickets are interesting because the summer toboggan run is right next door: climbing plus one lift and toboggan run costs 37.50 € for adults and 25.50 € for children.

Operation runs 4 July to 13 September daily from 10 am to 5 pm, last briefing at 3 pm. There is no climbing in rain or wet conditions – on the mountain a realistic risk worth building into the plan.
