What makes Kletterwald Brocken special
The mega flying fox is over 1,000 metres long and runs down to the Ilse, the mountain river that rises on the Brocken. It is included in the ticket and ranks among the longest ziplines in the country.
Four of the eleven courses are built for children from four — full-size routes for climbing and sliding, not just a small practice area.
More than 100 climbing elements in total are spread across eleven courses. Safety uses a continuous carabiner system.
Spectators pay nothing, and the price includes full harness, helmet and gloves. Climbing time is 2.5 hours.
The season runs from 3 April to 1 November, daily. Booking ahead is required; for groups of 15 or more it also opens outside the regular hours. The annual pass is shared with five further parks of the same operator.
