Parc Aventure Sion
Sion · Valais · from age 4
Rope park in the pine woods of the Les Îles leisure area near Sion, between swimming lakes – 13 courses with 176 challenges, around 40 of them zip lines.
What makes Parc Aventure Sion special
The park stands in the pine woods of the Domaine des Îles, a 54-hectare leisure area with lakes and a beach five minutes from the centre of Sion. After climbing you can go straight for a swim; the beach is not supervised, though.
13 courses with 176 challenges, including around 40 zip lines according to the operator. On top of that there is a minikids course for under-fours – six stations just above the ground, with no harness at all – and the kids' courses for ages 4 to 7 on a continuous lifeline.
Attractions of its own: the Speed Tyro exists only in Sion. There are also the Tyro Express, the Quick Jump and the Escal'arbre climbing tree. The adventurer courses are colour-graded up to black at as much as 20 metres; black is only allowed from 16, red alone from 14.
Longer hours in summer: from late June to mid-August the park stays open until 7 pm. Sion is one of three Parc Aventure SA sites (with Aigle and Signal de Bougy) sharing the same prices.
