Waldseilgarten Natrun
Maria Alm am Steinernen Meer · Salzburg
Forest rope park on the Natrun above Maria Alm, run by the local alpine school.
What makes Waldseilgarten Natrun special
Seven courses cover the full range: the training course stays at one to two metres, the "climbing princess" goes to three, "Hochkönigin Easy" and "Hochkönigin" to eight – and Adler, Gipfelstürmer and Hochkönig reach 16 metres. The names refer to the Hochkönig massif that defines the region.
Getting there is part of the experience: you cannot drive up. You take the Natrun gondola or walk. At the top the TOM Almhütte sits right next to the entrance.
The site is built to ÖNORM EN 15567-1. Open daily from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, closed on Wednesdays in the shoulder season. Booking is only needed from eight people upwards.
