What makes Hochseilgarten Schloss Dankern special

It does not stand on its own. The high ropes course is one attraction among many at the Schloss Dankern holiday centre. Day visitors therefore pay twice: 17 € park admission for adults and another 17 € per run on the course. Guests staying at the holiday park pay 13 € for the same run.

The price has no age scale. 17 € applies to everyone, whether eight or eighty. The children's course at four metres costs 11 € or 7 €.

The free-fall tower drops from 16 metres. There is also a zip line and a climbing wall, which costs 3 € for 20 minutes.

Park admission has a real disability tariff. People with a degree of disability of 80 or more pay 10 € instead of 17 €, the companion with the registered B mark likewise 10 €, and wheelchair users enter the park free. It is the most detailed scale we have found in this directory.

You pay per run, not per hour. The operator names no climbing time – if you want to go up twice, you buy twice.

The season starts on 20 March 2026. The high ropes course then opens daily from 10 am to 5 pm, weather permitting.
