Kletterpark HöhenwegArena
Schneverdingen · Niedersachsen · no age limit
Over 150 stations up to 30 metres high, with no set route. Accompanied children climb with no age limit, and the discounts run on codes.
What makes Kletterpark HöhenwegArena special
There is no set route. Instead of a circuit from course to course, you freely choose which station comes next. A permanent belay system holds throughout, you can enter and leave at any point, and overtaking is allowed. That is the rarer design – most sites in this directory walk you through a course in fixed order.
Up to 30 metres high. The operator calls its site one of the largest artificial climbing parks in Europe: over 150 stations in four difficulty grades. Its own pages say six levels in one place and five in another, four grades here and three there – the numbers wobble, the scale does not.
A viewing platform at eight metres. 100 m² in size and reachable unsecured via a staircase. If you do not want to climb, you do not have to wait at the bottom.
Accompanied children climb with no age limit. From around eight they may go alone. The operator names no lower limit in years or centimetres.
The discounts run on codes. Familie, G10, G15 and Geburtstag are their names, and they take 20 %, 10 %, 15 % and 10 % off the climbing tickets. Instead of fixed family rates you type a word at booking – no one else in this directory solves it that way.
Staying all day costs 41 € instead of 27 €. The day ticket exists for every age tier.
The operator names no closed season. Monday to Friday it opens from 2 to 6 pm, and at weekends, on public holidays and during the Lower Saxony school holidays from 10 am to 6 pm.
