What makes Kletterwald Possen special
There is no admission price for the park. Instead a parking fee of 6 € is charged, valid all day, which largely funds the animal park that is free to use. After that you pay only for what you actually use — the ropes course, the other attractions, each separately.
For families with children of different ages that can work out cheaper than a combined ticket: anyone not climbing pays only the parking fee and spends the day in the animal park.
The season runs in three tiers: low season from mid-March to mid-May and in October, a transition from 11 May, high season from June to the end of September. Opening hours differ noticeably between them.
Weather-related changes are possible — the operator explicitly asks you to call ahead. Groups of ten or more can also book outside opening hours.
