Waldseilpark Tscheppaschlucht

Ferlach · Kärnten · from age 5

Climbing park at the entrance to the Tscheppa gorge – climbing above the ravine and its torrent in the Karawanks.

What makes Waldseilpark Tscheppaschlucht special

Carinthia's largest forest rope park offers eight courses with 87 elements at the entrance to the Tscheppa gorge. The two flying foxes are its signature – the longer one runs 300 metres. An eight-metre climbing wall is announced for 2026.

Safety follows EN 15567-1 using a Speedrunner system and Black Diamond equipment. Children climb from the age of five; under 14, one adult accompanies at most three children on the kids' course.

Plan around 2.5 hours plus the briefing. The season runs from May to October – at first on weekends and public holidays, daily from mid-June to early September. The park is at the Tscheppaschlucht car park on the B91 Loibl Pass road in Unterbergen.
