A climbing forest in the Ammerland that can be combined with an 18-hole footgolf course. The old Forest4Fun name is still everywhere – the website behind it is gone.
What makes Kletterwald Forest4Fun Conneforde special
The familiar name leads nowhere. There is no page at forest4fun.de any more; the climbing forest is run today by BUHL Activity Parks. The old name still hangs on the site, and searching for it lands you on portals with outdated prices. The current ones are only on the operator's park page.
Climbing and footgolf on one site. The combination ticket costs 29 €, 34 € and 36 € – against 23 €, 25 € and 28 € for climbing alone. The footgolf course has 18 holes, and there is minigolf as well.
Three hours of climbing time are on the ticket, briefing included. For its climbing forests the operator names nine courses with over 80 elements, two of them without any fear-of-heights factor.
Six- to eight-year-olds need an adult in the course, not just under the tree. That is stricter than the plain supervision from the ground that is enough elsewhere.
The family discount starts at three people. Three to five people with at least one adult pay 1.50 € less each, groups of ten or more 2 €. Pupils and students save 2 € on presentation of ID.
The operator's second climbing forest is in Walsrode and costs exactly the same. Between Oldenburg and the Lüneburg Heath you can simply take the nearer one without doing the maths.
