What makes Kletterwald Nord special
Students and seniors from 60 have a rate of their own — 24 € instead of 26 €. Not a large sum, but a price tier most sites lack: there you pay the full adult rate from 18, whether you are 19 or 69.
Companions who do not climb pay no admission. Coming along to watch or hold the jackets costs nothing.
For repeat visitors there are two models: the ten-trip ticket, which effectively gives you about two visits free, and the season ticket at 270 € for adults. From roughly the eleventh visit the season ticket is the better deal.
School classes pay by year group — 18 € for years one to six, 20 € from year seven, 22 € at vocational schools, in each case from 20 pupils.
The park sits at the Thülsfeld reservoir in the Oldenburger Münsterland. Climbing time is three hours including the briefing; report to the desk 15 minutes beforehand. During the Lower Saxon holidays it opens daily from 10 am to 7 pm, otherwise Fridays from 2 pm and weekends from 10 am.
